Research On The Mongolian Medicine Patent Protection

Mongolian medicine is a treasure of Chinese traditional culture.Its unique ethnic characteristics and remarkable curative effect have made great contributions to the development of Chinese ethnic medicine.At the same time,because of its unique therapeutic effect,it has a huge economic value.Mongolian medicine and pharmacy itself has a special cultural background,theoretical system and characteristics of drug use,and as time passes,rich theoretical experience has been produced.It plays an important role in disease prevention and treatment in ethnic minority areas and is an important part of the medical and health system in ethnic minority areas.Mongolian medicine has gradually become an important industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.In today’s world integration process,the speed is very fast.Mongolian medicine has gradually entered the international market and become a competitive industry.However,the huge economic losses caused by the lack of protection of relevant intellectual property rights in the traditional Chinese medicine industry in China told us that it is necessary to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights of Mongolian medicine while accelerating the industrialization of Mongolian medicine to realize its economic value,so as to prevent such problems from happening again.Through the patent analysis of Mongolian medicine for heart disease,this paper discusses the intellectual property protection of Mongolian medicine,conducts empirical analysis,discusses the problems in practice,and finally summarizes the countermeasures based on the current situation of China.Research contents of this paper mainly includes six aspects: heart disease are the comprehensive literature review,the state and the Inner Mongolia autonomous region on national medicine to revitalize the development policy of all-round carding and interpretation of the Mongolian within the current intellectual property system to protect the plight of missing,after "after denoising,cleaning,indexing" selects all Mongolian patent information,on the basis of the selection of all Mongolian patent data manually select heart disease are the patent information,on the basis of the above work on legislation and policy Suggestions are put forward.The six research contents constitute a progressive relationship.This paper summarizes three suggestions: local legislation on Mongolian medicine patent protection;Peripheral protection measures of Mongolian medicine patents and related measures of Mongolian medicine policy protection.There are two innovations in this paper: based on the patent analysis of Mongolian medicine for heart disease,a comprehensive,multi-dimensional and systematic study of intellectual property rights of Mongolian medicine was conducted;After denoising,cleaning and indexing,the total data of Mongolian medicine patents were screened out.On this basis,the data of Mongolian medicine for heart disease were manually screened and the patent information utilization analysis was carried out.
