The Research On The Problems And Countermeasure Of Urban Community Management Grid

The rapid development of social economy makes people’s living standard continuously improved and it’s also put forward higher requirements for urban management.Now the government will concentrate on how to improve the change of governmental functions to meet the needs of people in materially and culturally,which is also the important key to social management.Community grid management is the innovative result of grass-roots government’s exploration of new social management model.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to community grid management.The research on community grid management is of great significance for promoting people’s happiness in daily life,stimulate social vitality,maintain national security and strengthening the innovation of grassroots social management so as to improving the service level of grassroots government.Taking Y District,W City as an example,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on community grid members and a random interview with grid members and residents to study the grid management of urban communities.The study founds that the continuous deepening of grid management has a positive impact on the community management in Y District,such as the improvement of the issues of petition and complaint,the service level of community grid members has been improved,and the residents’ satisfaction has also been improved.But there still exits some problems.Community grid member of the whole structure is unreasonable,it is necessary to strengthen the management training,grid management larger workload and low public participation of four questions.At present,the main reasons for the problems are the the grid member team construction is not perfect;Lack of personnel training mechanism;The development of community autonomy is not perfect and the sense of citizenship is weak.The function definition is not clear,the working mechanism is not perfect and so on.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions such as strengthening the construction of talent team,innovating training methods,ensuring the extensive participation of community residents,clarifying the responsibilities of all parties,and effectively integrating resources.
