The Ideological And Political Education Horizon,improve Our Country Civil Servants At The Grass-roots Level Motivation Research Problem

Since the eighteenth congress,the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.A new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics for the bigger goals,realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.To achieve this great goal,is an urgent need to strive our civil servants,especially the grass-roots civil servants.Civil servants at the grass-roots level is the first line of clerkstarts of civil servants,is the last one kilometer,contact with the masses.The work enthusiasm of grass-roots civil servants will directly affect the new age each career of socialism with Chinese characteristics,will directly affect the trust of the masses of the party and the government credibility.Regional various departments to improve work enthusiasm of the grassroots civil servants,building a strong combat effectiveness,the role of civil servants at the grass-roots level obviously.At present,the domestic academic research mainly focus on the incentive mechanism and system construction two aspects to discuss how to better mobilize the working enthusiasm of grass-roots civil servants,but often ignore the ideological aspects of the construction of grass-roots civil servants,and the ideological improvement is enhance the enthusiasm of the grassroots civil servants are fundamental.Thought consciousness enhancement depends on the role of ideological and political education.Therefore,how to use the ideological and political education to improve the consciousness of civil servants at the grass-roots level in order to enhance their work enthusiasm,will be the research emphasis in this paper.This article is divided into four parts.The first part: introduction,from the analysis to the enthusiasm of the grassroots civil servants are related research at home and abroad,clarified in this paper,by improving the ideology of the civil servants at the grass-roots level in order to enhance the work enthusiasm of research background and meaning.The second part: the first chapter,ideological and political education from the definition of civil servants,civil servants at the grass-roots level and motivation concept,analysis the necessity and importance of strengthening the ideological and political education of civil servants at the grass-roots level,pointed out the ideological and political education of civil servants at the grass-roots level and work enthusiasm.The third part: the second chapter and the third chapter,through the questionnaire survey in anhui province A city grass-roots civil servants work enthusiasm,analysis of the status quo,to find the problems,and to explore the reasons,from the Angle of ideological and political education is mainly the state civil servants at the grass-roots level needs to improve the mechanism of ideological and political education,the government at the grass-roots level of civil servants at the grass-roots level of ideological and political education work needs to be strengthened,and civil servants at the grass-roots level individual needs to improve the ideological and political quality.The fourth part: the fourth chapter,from the perspective of ideological and political education improve the enthusiasm of the grassroots civil servants are feasible measures are put forward,namely countries improve their ideological and political education mechanism,the basic-level government continuously strengthening the work of ideological and political education of civil servants at the grass-roots level,civil servants at the grass-roots level constantly improve their ideological and political quality.
