Case Study On The Implementation Of The System Of Villagers’ Representatives In Yanjia Town Deyang City

Recent years,the CPC Central Committee has made a series of important assignments to revitalize the rural areas and elevate the rural governance standards,aiming at promoting the full upgrade of agriculture,the overall progress in rural areas,the complete development of the Villagers.To achieve these goals,we must grasp the key points,find out the difficulties and shortcomings of the current rural society,and do our best to improve rural governance.However,from the overall situation of rural governance in China,limited by the imbalance of urban and rural development,urban and rural economic differentiation,urban and rural population mobility and other reasons,there are still many difficulties,shortcomings and weaknesses in rural society in China,and effective governance is faced with many heavy difficulties and challenges.In order to explore and solve some of the problems and provide effective experience for grassroots governance under the background of rural revitalization,the author explores and studies the villagers’ representative system on behalf of grassroots democracy and self-governance.Taking the implementation of the villagers’ representative system in Yanjia Town of Deyang City as an example,this study adheres to the worldview and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,and adopts methods such as literature research,interview research and case analysis to master first-hand data,case facts and real data.Deyang city yan home town was introduced in detail for the villagers of the representative system background,main content,development and success and provide insights into the role,the four core elements,and break the current difficulties faced by the huge fault,found the system to promote democracy at the grassroots level,improve the villagers’ autonomy,realize effective governance,rural has good practical effect.On this basis,the system in our country to vigorously implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country and promote the modernization of rural governance,further research is discussed,and summed up the democracy at the grassroots level to "share the meeting" to consolidate the foundation,to safeguard the vital interests "fair and open",to "supervision and accountability" reversed transmission decision to carry out the three major types of experience,landing "To strengthen the construction of grass-roots political,consolidate the villagers on behalf of the ideological and theoretical foundation of the system,to strengthen and optimize the representative team construction,strengthen the talent support rural governance,strengthen the overall leadership of the party,promote the basic-level party organization from the management to service,perfect the safeguard measures,to solve the problem of human,financial and the representative system operation" and so on more than 10 experience lesson.Therefore,it is concluded that the case of implementing the villagers’ representative system in Yanjia Town can be duplicated and extended.Hoping that it may share experiences and inspirations for else who want to better carry out rural governance and achieve the goal of rural revitalization in the new era.
