The issue of farmers has always been the focus of the work of the Party Central Committee,and the protection of farmers’ rights and interests is the basis of ensuring China’s food security and economic stability.With the deepening of industrialization and urbanization,the process of rural land transfer continues to accelerate.In order to comply with farmers’ willingness to transfer land management rights,"separation of three rights" has gradually become the main direction of deepening the reform of China’s rural land system.However,there are still some deficiencies in the protection of farmers’ rights and interests in the wave of farmland transfer under the "separation of three rights".We must adhere to the guidance of Marxist theory,constantly improve China’s land system,improve the protection path of farmers’ rights and interests,so that farmers have more sense of gain and satisfaction.This paper mainly takes the typical case analysis of C town in Yuechi County of Sichuan Province as the starting point,combined with Marxist theory,analyzes the problems of farmers’ rights and interests protection under the current rural land transfer in Sichuan Province,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.Mainly from the following six aspects.The first part describes the research background and significance,combs the research results at home and abroad,clarifies the research content,main research methods and purposes.The second part studies the importance of protecting farmers’ rights and interests from the background of "Three Rights Separation" reform in Sichuan in the new era.Mainly from the inevitability and necessity of reform,this paper discusses the core issue of better safeguarding the rights and interests of farmers in the current land circulation in China.The third part,mainly through combing the relevant theories of Marxism,to find the theoretical basis of protecting farmers’ rights and interests in the current farmland transfer.The fourth part,through the field interview and questionnaire survey of C town in Yuechi County,Sichuan Province,studies the specific protection of farmers’ rights and interests in the current land circulation in Sichuan.From the protection of farmers’ land rights and interests,farmers’ rights and interests policy protection,farmers’ rights and interests judicial protection,farmers’ related rights and interests protection,this paper analyzes the protection of farmers’ rights and interests in the town.This paper analyzes the specific damage of farmers’ rights and interests in the town from four aspects: the intervention of farmers’ disposal rights,the damage of income rights,the damage of independent rights and interests,and the damage of other land rights and interests.The fifth part,in-depth analysis of the survey results,from the imperfect system of agricultural land ownership,government function positioning deviation,the legal protection of farmers’ rights and interests is not perfect,farmers’ own problems,rural security is not perfect and land factors and other aspects to explore the current reasons for the damage of farmers’ rights and interests in China’s land circulation.The sixth part,according to the guidance of Marxist theory on the protection of farmers’ rights and interests in China,on the basis of analysis,put forward to continue to improve the rural land system,better play the role of government functions,improve the laws and regulations related to farmers’ rights and interests,improve the rural social security system and enhance the awareness of farmers’ rights and interests protection,and other measures to promote the effective protection of farmers’ rights and interests in China.At the end of the article,the corresponding conclusion is deduced.
