Research On IP Copyright Management And Operation Mechanism Of Sports Events Based On Blockchain Technology

With the continuous advancement of the high-quality development of the sports industry and the modernization of sports governance,the value status of sports event IP has become increasingly prominent.The promotion of its value and the cultivation of independent brands have become an important research content in the field of sports governance in my country.Since 2014,stimulated by a series of policy dividends that favor the development of the sports industry,a lot of capital has been invested in the sports industry.The sports event IP is in the upper reaches of the sports industry chain and has been chased by domestic and foreign capital.At present,my country’s sports event IP is in the initial stage of development.Due to the lack of local well-known event IP,domestic large-scale enterprises are rushing to foreign famous event IP,resulting in chaotic and disorderly management in the sports event IP market,which hinders the rapid development of the sports industry.As far as the sports industry chain is concerned,sports event IP has a wide radiation range and strong driving effect.Therefore,sports event IP that obtains core values is of great significance to seizing the commanding heights of the sports industry and the frontier layout of the sports industry.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in 2019 that blockchain technology should be used as an important breakthrough point for independent innovation to accelerate the innovative development of blockchain technology and industry.Blockchain technology has received close attention from people in various countries in recent years,and has been widely used in various industries and has achieved remarkable results.The combination of "sports industry+block chain" has begun to be practiced in the market.Many sports companies apply block chain technology to sports data forecasting,financing,intellectual property management and trading,etc.Block chain technology is the development of the sports industry has brought a path of technological innovation,which provides a development opportunity for the value enhancement of sports event IP.The research object of this article is " IP copyright management and operation mechanism of sports events based on blockchain technology ",through the use of literature data method,logical analysis method,text analysis method,theoretical model modeling method,etc.,combined with blockchain and sports event IP related theoretical knowledge for basic the study.Starting from the current status and pain points of sports event IP,this paper constructs a PCMR theoretical model integrating blockchain and sports event IP based on the choice of blockchain application technology,and designs a governance framework based on the blockchain technology sports event IP copyright management and operation mechanism.Analyzing blockchain technology will bring new changes and innovations to the copyright management and marketing mechanism of sports event IP,and infer actual governance obstacles and governance countermeasures.The analysis found that the status quo of the development of sports event IP in my country is mainly manifested as:(1)the release of policy dividends and the rise of many sports event IP;(2)the sharp increase in investment amount,the IP battlefield is full of smoke;(3)the soaring copyright price,sports event IP Infringement is widespread;(4)The realization channel is not yet mature,and the operating model has great room for improvement.Studies have shown that the main source of current constraints on the development of sports event IP in my country lies in the disorder of copyright management and unreasonable operating mechanisms.Copyright management is the foundation,and the operating mechanism is a means,which plays an important role in the development of sports event IP;the development of sports event IP in my country The"pain points" are mainly:(1)In terms of copyright management,management is scattered and disorderly,and a "chain" management model has yet to be formed;(2)In terms of operating mechanism,the operating driving mechanism is weak,and an IP ecosystem for sports events has not yet been formed.Through the analysis of the governance framework of the PCMR theoretical model of the integration of blockchain and sports event IP,it is concluded that the blockchain technology will innovate the copyright management and marketing mechanism of sports event IP,forming a comprehensive and unified copyright management system and system an integrated operating mechanism system.In terms of copyright management,it can clarify the distribution of rights and interests,realize "unorganized" management,and form an integrated operation mode of authorization,use of rights,rights protection,and supervision;in terms of operating mechanism,it can innovate business models,realize "chain" operations,and form superior decision-making and restraint weak,fast-growing,and highly motivated systemic operation model.However,based on the blockchain technology sports event IP,there are still the following practical governance obstacles:(1)Faced with security challenges,the underlying technology needs to be improved and upgraded;(2)Relevant policies and regulations are imperfect,and the front-end layout is large;There are few cross-industry talents.Based on the actual situation,the following governance countermeasures are given:(1)Speed up the research and development of the underlying technology and build technical barriers;(2)Strengthen the top-level design and consolidate the infrastructure;(3)Strengthen the training of talents and cultivate compound talents.Based on the above suggestions,we hope to provide new ideas and new solutions for the development of sports event IP through technological innovation,and accelerate the pace of the development of the sports industry.
