Research On The Function Orientation Of Taiwan Capital Enterprises Association Under The Peaceful Development

In the development of advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,it is important to position and exert the functions of social organizations.It is the proposition of the times.Among many organizations,the Taiwan Capital Investment Enterprises Association is a voluntary organization of enterprises and businessmen who come from Taiwan Province of China.They live and invest in various parts of China’s mainland.It is formed non-governmental organizations with the goal of safeguarding the interests of members spontaneously and autonomously.The first local Taiwan Capital Enterprises Association is formed in 1990.Since then Taiwan Capital Enterprises Associations have been established in various places.With the increase in the number of investing between Chinese mainland and Taiwan region,the organizations have gradually developed communication,coordination,and service functions.Their organizational functions and structure have adapted to changes in the internal and external environments.Different types of Taiwan Capital Enterprise Associations have differences in organizational functions and structures.Through research methods such as unstructured interviews,unstructured observations,and questionnaire surveys,it is found that Taiwan Capital Enterprises Associations have problems such as unbalanced organizational influence between China’s mainland and Taiwan region,differences in the realization of organizational functions,and deviation of organizational goals.Based on structural functionalism and governance theories,the organizational function adaptability and functional positioning of investment enterprise associations are analyzed,combined with the development status of Taiwan Capital Enterprises Associations,it is necessary to participate in the creation of a cross-strait common market,upgrade good communication and cooperation with the government,deepen local social integration,strengthen interaction with Taiwan region to from a management perspective and improve the optimization path of the internal governance structure.
