Research On Performance Optimization Of Government Purchase Of Pension Services Based On Tripartite Dynamic Game

In the increasingly severe aging society,the traditional way of supporting the aged has been unable to effectively respond to the huge social demand for supporting the aged.As one of the subcategories of public service,it is the duty of our government to provide pension service for the public.However,under the concept of "limited government",the government can’t take care of social pension,so it is bound to rely on social forces.The new service supply mode of government purchase emerges as the times require in the field of old-age service,which is also a big measure to implement the responsible government and enhance the social governance ability.It is of vital significance in improving the efficiency of old-age service supply,establishing a perfect supply system of old-age service and promoting social old-age care.In order to achieve the expected goal of the government’s purchase of pension services,the policy should achieve better performance in its overall operation process.However,although the current government purchase of pension services has achieved some results,but also faces many difficulties,seriously affecting its overall performance.Therefore,it is the goal and significance of this study to study how to optimize the performance of government purchase of pension services and achieve its policy objectives.This study believes that the performance of government purchase of pension services is the result of the interactive game among the three parties: government,inclusive pension institutions and service objects.The tripartite game is dynamic.The government,inclusive pension institutions and service objects are more and more rational in the repeated game,and constantly optimize their respective action strategies.Under this complex interaction,the performance of all parties is balanced,and the government’s purchase of pension services is optimized.In this regard,this study analyzes the current situation of the effect and deficiency of the government’s purchase of pension services.On this basis,from the behavior characteristics and game relations of the three main bodies of the government,inclusive pension service institutions and the elderly groups in the government’s purchase of pension services,it constructs a three-way dynamic game model,analyzes the behavior choices of these three main bodies,and obtains the influence Factors of behavior strategy.Then MATLAB is used to evaluate the three-way dynamic game model to verify the conclusion of the model.Finally,according to the results of the game model and simulation analysis,this paper discusses the path of optimizing the performance of government purchasing pension services from the root of the three parties involved.
