| With the deepening of the reform,the woman populace’s demand more diversified and complicated,women’s federation of women as the most close to the masses at the grass-roots level,in the guidance and help women to participate in social governance plays an important role.On the one hand,the grassroots women’s federation is the main force of rural women to participate in grassroots social governance;Grassroots women,on the other hand,people actively involved in the social governance,to be effective for rural women’s rights and interests.But the women in the process of participation in social governance masses exist positioning fuzzy,imperfect system,lack of mechanism of system,old ideas,the lack of professionals,can’t well adapt to the new time development request.Up to the task of women’s organizations,therefore,how to improve women’s comprehensive quality,arouse the enthusiasm of women’s political participation,women’s responsibility of creativity,lead the broad masses of women actively involved in the grass-roots social management effectively,is the starting point of this paper.Based in the town of nanpu stream current women’s federation work development needs,through research methods such as questionnaire,from the role,team construction,propaganda way,participation pattern,organization ability,crisis pr nanpu creek town,women’s federation in six aspects,such as analysis results and the existing problems in social governance,to learn and use for reference the experience of women’s federations at home and abroad to participate in social governance,explore the new era of nanpu creek town,women’s federation to participate in social governance path: improve the capacity to rationalize organization relationship,widen the channel of the service.Second innovation system construction,strengthen the publicity and guidance.Third,we need to get funding support,improve service levels.Fourth,we need to strengthen personnel training,expand organization power.Five to break the concept of bondage,seeking self development. |
