Research On The Criminal Law Regulation Of The Trademark Infringement

Enhancing the protection of trademark rights is a vital guarantee of country innovation,trade mark protection in China includes,administrative protection,criminal protection,judicial remedy.Among the three ways of protection,criminal protection is the strongest protection measure.China economic development,we must strengthen the protection for trademark rights.This way is an important way to achieve China’s two centenary goals.China has always importance to the trademarks,through continuous improvement.So far,a criminal law protection system has been established.However,there are still many problems in the system,and trademark infringement crimes is increasing,ours protection not enough to curb the tendency.This paper uses investigation research method and literature research method,develops full research on the infringement criminal law regulation system of china.First,we introduce the development trend of Trademark infringement and consider the method of protecting the trademark right of foreign countries,and to absorb the beneficial part of their criminal law protection mechanism.Finally,through analyses the protection of trademark rights problems,author propose some advice for trademark rights system improvement.These advice have very helpful for protecting China’s trademark rights.
