Research On The Governance Ability Of Government In Network Society

The emergence and rapid development of the Internet means that mankind has officially entered the digital age,and the information pattern of the world is changing,so the network society,a special social form,is derived.Network society is a social form with the characteristics of openness,virtuality and freedom,which is supported by network technology.It poses severe challenges to traditional values,moral norms,legal system and government management.At present,the most efficient information sharing channel is undoubtedly the Internet.The popularity of the network makes the government’s governance mode begin to change to the direction of network governance.Government governance should develop and change with the rapid development of the Internet.It is particularly urgent and important to strengthen and enhance the government governance ability of the network society and build the government governance system of the network society.Based on the current situation of government network governance in China,this paper explores the ways of government governance in network society.This paper consists of six parts.The first part mainly expounds the research background,significance and methods of this paper.The second part introduces the elaboration of government governance in network society and the theoretical basis of government governance.The third part,based on the essence of the network society,reveals the challenges of the network society to the operation mode of government power.On this basis,it elaborates the influence of the network society on the government management,traditional social management,the operation mode of government management,the law of rights,and the private and public domains.The fourth part explores the problems of government governance in network society.The fifth part deeply analyzes the causes of the problems of government governance in the network society.The sixth part gives the countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of perfecting the legal system,improving the responsibility mechanism,innovating the government governance ability,strengthening the construction of online government,strengthening the government’s guidance of social forces to participate in network governance.
