Research On The Improvement Of Real Estate Registration System

Real estate is not only an important form of social wealth,but also an important part of citizens’ property.The real estate market also plays a very important role in China’s economic system.Real estate registration system,as a public form of real estate right,plays an important role in confirming the ownership of real estate right,ensuring the security of real estate transaction and maintaining the stability of real estate market.With the promulgation and implementation of the Provisional Regulations on real estate registration,the detailed rules for the implementation of the Provisional Regulations on real estate registration and the civil code,China’s real estate registration system has been initially established.However,for a long time,the mainstream views of government departments and academic circles believe that real estate registration is a national administrative behavior,and the basic theoretical research of real estate registration system is insufficient,The current real estate registration system has many problems to be solved.Starting from the overview of immovable property registration,through the analysis and research of foreign real estate registration system,this paper points out the problems existing in China’s real estate registration system and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.With the continuous development of economy and the continuous progress of society,China’s real estate registration system will be more perfect to provide institutional guarantee for the stable operation of society.
