Research On Informatization Team Management Of Fuzhou City

The informatization work is the foundation of the court’s trial work in the new era.As an important participant and builder of the intelligent court,the quality of the informatization team of grass-roots court directly determines whether the goal of the intelligent court can be realized.The informatization team can provide strong technical support for the scientific,standardized and strict management of grass-roots court,so as to promote the work of court to a new level.At present,the informatization team management of Fuzhou grass-roots courts is generally worrying,which objectively hinders the further development of the construction of intellectual court.The team mobility is large,the specialization degree is not high,and the talents both equipped with legal knowledge and information technology knowledge are in short supply.The problem of less staff,underallocation of staff,less stable organization and so on has been restricting the informatization team of the grass-roots courts in Fuzhou.In view of this,it is imperative to analyze the internal management of the people’s court’s informatization team and explore the appropriate path of the court’s informatization team management.This paper will combine the new round of judicial system reform,collect the he relevant data and information of questionnaire to the members of the informatization team of the grass-roots courts in Fuzhou and others in Fujian,compare horizontally,and analyze the problems existing in the informatization team management of the grass-roots courts in Fuzhou at this stage and the reasons for their formation.On the basis of the experience of the current grass-roots court informatization team management,this paper studies how to establish a scientific and effective grass-roots court informatization team management mechanism in line with the trial law and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Through the investigation and research,it can provide useful reference for the further improvement of the management mode of the informatization team of the grass-roots courts in Fuzhou.
