| Chinese Communist party,as a Marxism political party,Centralization and unification are her two typical organizational characteristics,it is also should be forged with the change of the revolutionary situation.Building centralism and unity and opposing decentralism is a double-sided practical process,which is an important angle as well for us to explore the course of the CPC’s century-long history of struggle and her self-construction.This thesis tries to follow this clue to investigate the historical aspects of the CCP in the process of forging this organizational characteristic in chinses new democratic revolution period and summarize the historical experience of opposing decentralism within her.This paper comprises three main parts.The first chapter is about manifestations and reasons for decentralism of the CCP.For one thing,the CCP was not politically mature enough in its early times,it did not reach the correct revolutionary line,it also lacked a strong center leadership,and the theory and practice of the democratic centralism were relatively feeble.Secondly,at that time,because of some of the party’s top figures’ personal ambition expansion,leading to damage the party centralization and unity.In terms of leadership system of the CCP,thirdly,the operation system and execution mechanism of its democratic centralism were flawed during that time which led breeding various phenomena of decentralization.The second examines the measures adopted by the party to retrain intraparty decentralism and its effectiveness have been made,including the early days of the founding of the CCP,the Land Revolution period,Anti-Japanese War period and Liberation War of China those four historical stages.This chapter investigated in detail the practice ways of the party opposing decentralism,mainly containing fighting against wrong ideas theoretically such as anarchism,strengthening party leadership over the people’s army in the revolutionary struggle,consolidating the party in thinking,as far as the system specification is concerned,the CCP made institutional measures to oppose decentralism.Starting from the basic experience of opposition to decentralism during the new democratic revolution period and the new spirit of combating with the decentralism,maintaining the authority of the CCP central committee,upholding her unified leadership in the new era of China,the third summarizes the basic experience of opposing decentralism inside the party.This paper believes that(1)the correct political line is the fundamental premise to prevent decentralization.(2)effective ideological and political education is the basis of overcoming decentralism.(3)strict organizational discipline is basic solution of the prevention and remedy of decentralization,(4)A sound leading system is fundamental institutional guarantee for prevention decentralism. |
