Research On The Status Problems And Countermeasures Of Patrol Work System In Village(Community)-Take Zhangjiagang City As An Example

Village(community)patrol work,actually refers to the CPC’s patrol work system at the village(community)party committees.After the 18th National Congress of the CPC,in order to push through the "last mile" of comprehensively enforcing strict party discipline,the CPC established the patrol work system at the city and county party committees,and used it as an extension of inspection work to grassroots party organizations.The patrol work system is an important part of inner-party oversight,and it has played an irreplaceable role in implementing the requirements for comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline,tightening inner-party political activities and activities,purifying the political environment within the party,and strengthening inner-party oversight.The patrol work system is a new thing and has attracted much attention from the academic circle.In recent years,the research on the patrol system at the city and county party committees has become more and more abundant.However,as an important content of the patrol system--the village(community)patrol system,the research is relatively less.The paper takes Zhangjiagang city as an example,adopted a variety of research methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey and individual interview.Through in-depth research,this paper found and combed out the current Zhangjiagang village(community)patrol system in the organization and leadership mechanism is not strong enough,the problem discovery mechanism is not perfect enough,the results of the application of construction is not perfect,the team construction is not scientific enough and other problems,and then carefully analyzed the reasons behind.Finally,from the "focus on supervision,compaction of the main responsibility of the parties","improve methods and methods,consolidate and enhance the effectiveness of the inspection work","strengthen the use of results,to solve the problem of ineffective inspection and rectification" and "improve the system and mechanism,stimulate the vitality of the inspection cadre team" 4 aspects of the optimization of countermeasures and suggestions.
