A Study On The Evaluation And Improvement Of China’s Development-Oriented Social Assistance System

As China’s development has entered a new historical stage,the poverty problem faced by social assistance,which takes the responsibility of "providing for the bottom" in the social security system,has also changed accordingly.Meanwhile,in view of the reform and development trend of social assistance abroad,the development-oriented social assistance model with developmental function is emerging.But because our country important link in the battle for building a well-off society in an all-round way--the crucial battle phase of runoff out of poverty,and to seek appropriate facing the present social relief on the basis of the actual state of exploration to development-oriented social relief way,namely to ensure the "palm" of the social assistance system original functions under the premise of relying on the existing social assistance system,The dimension of development will be integrated into it in an appropriate form,and finally the development-oriented social assistance with Chinese characteristics will be promoted.First of all,the background,content and methods of the research are described,and the source and significance of the research topic are clarified.Then,it introduces the theoretical basis of the development-oriented social assistance system,which provides a strong theoretical support for the research.Secondly,based on a mature abroad developmental pattern of social assistance in the form of the concrete practice of research and analysis,clarify the establishment and development of foreign development-oriented social assistance,clear the characteristics of the development-oriented social relief pattern and shows the advantages of in practice,and summarize the results of analysis to experience for reference;Again,through to the domestic development-oriented social relief theory and cognitive status of pilot exploration practice,combing and summary to understand the application in advancing the development-oriented social assistance in our country in the process of theory research and practice to explore the specific progress of live,feedback effect through practice to master in the process of its social assistance transformation in our country is insufficient,Clarify the problems that should be paid attention to in the future work or the place that can be developed;Finally,according to the current demand and development situation of social assistance in China,combined with the experience and lessons of development-oriented social assistance at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of social assistance in China,in order to provide some reference for the reform and improvement of China’s social assistance system.
