Study On Villager Autonomy Of Pingzhai Village In Hongfeng Lake Town

Villager autonomy plays an important role in China’s rural social governance.From its birth to its gradual development,it provides institutional guarantee for rural villagers to realize their democratic rights and self-government aspirations.It plays a key role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of villagers and promotes the healthy and orderly development of rural society.Pingzhai village of Hongfenghu town is a minority village inhabited by Buyi and Miao people.Before the development of Gui’an new area,the traffic was inconvenient and the whole village was relatively closed,which retained the unique ethnic culture and traditional customs.At the same time,in the process of the implementation of villagers’ autonomy,the village combines the national principles and policies with the traditional culture with village characteristics,which meets the actual development needs of the village.However,with the accelerating process of urbanization and the gradual deepening of Chinese culture,the traditional cultural characteristics of Pingzhai village are gradually disappearing.Therefore,it is of great research value to investigate the general situation of villagers’ autonomy in Pingzhai village,understand its characteristics and find out the existing problems,which is not only conducive to summing up experience,but also a kind of mining and recording of its traditional culture.Based on this,this paper mainly introduces the basic situation of Pingzhai village through the on-the-spot investigation and Research on the operation of Pingzhai village in Hongfenghu Town,and summarizes the data and cases obtained from the investigation,so as to sort out the current situation and ethnic characteristics of Pingzhai village in Hongfenghu Town,analyze the existing problems and causes of Pingzhai village autonomy,and finally solve the existing problems This paper puts forward the corresponding development suggestions,in order to have a certain role in the development of Pingzhai village villagers’ autonomy.This paper starts from the following partsThe introduction mainly introduces the background and significance of this paper,research status,research methods(field investigation,case analysis)and related concepts.The first chapter mainly introduces the actual situation of Pingzhai village from three aspects: natural environment,history and humanities,and main festivals.The second chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of villagers’ autonomy in Pingzhai village of Hongfenghu town according to the field investigation.From the five aspects of democratic election procedure,democratic decision-making institutionalization,democratic management diversification,the initial development of democratic supervision and the return of new villagers,this paper lays the foundation for the ethnic characteristics in the villager autonomy.The third chapter mainly combs out the ethnic characteristics of Pingzhai village villagers’ autonomy through the data and case analysis.This paper introduces the characteristics of the ethnic culture in the villagers’ autonomy from three aspects:retaining the family discussion system in the natural village,supporting the "Spring Festival" activity by the village committee,and the role of the village elders in the dispute mediation.The fourth chapter mainly according to the field research and current situation analysis,combs the problems and causes of Pingzhai village in the villagers’ autonomy.This paper mainly discusses the existing problems from three aspects: the single channel of democratic supervision,the lack of the mechanism of the new villager’s participation in village governance,and the need to improve the comprehensive quality of individual village cadres.It also analyzes the causes from three aspects: the absence of the main body of supervision,the unclear understanding of the role of the new villager by the two village committees,and the loss of rural elites.The fifth chapter is mainly to the Pingzhai village villagers autonomy future development path suggestion.According to the existing problems and causes,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: improving the supervision system,establishing a long-term mechanism for new villagers to participate in village governance,cultivating village cadres in the new era,and reasonably inheriting and developing the ethnic traditional culture,so as to play a certain reference significance for the future development of Pingzhai village autonomy.
