Research On Citizen Personal Information Security Protection

Personal information security is an important part of national security.It is the government’s bounden duty to protect citizens’ personal information security.Although the emergence of the Internet and various applications in the information age greatly facilitates People’s Daily life,at the same time,the threat to the security of citizens’ personal information is also growing.More and more citizens feel that personal information leakage to their troubles,to take strong measures to protect the security of personal information has become their common aspirations.In recent years,although the relevant national departments have taken a series of measures for this problem,but from the actual effect is not ideal,the problem of personal information security chaos has not been fundamentally solved.Affected by this,the individual rights and interests of citizens are infringed from time to time,and the normal order of society is also greatly disturbed.Solving the problem of citizens’ personal information security has become a very urgent issue.In this context,in order to better protect the security of citizens’ personal information,this paper will focus on the analysis of the current situation of the protection of citizens’ personal information security and existing problems,and combined with the problems to put forward targeted improvement countermeasures.Guided by civil society theory,responsible government theory and collaborative governance theory,this paper uses literature research method,case study method,questionnaire survey method,induction and summary method to carry out the analysis.Firstly,it introduces the basic concept and theoretical basis of personal information and citizen’s personal information security.Secondly,it focuses on the analysis of citizens’ personal information security chaos and protection status quo,through the analysis of chaos can understand the current grim situation,through the analysis of protection status can understand the effect of local government in this respect.Thirdly,in-depth discussion of the causes of the chaos of citizens’ personal information security,through the analysis of the causes can be clear about the key to information security protection.Finally,combined with the causes of the analysis put forward targeted improvement countermeasures.Through the study of this paper,the following conclusions can be drawn: First,in the era of big data,personal information security is chaotic and serious harm.Second,no matter from the whole country or as far as Taiyuan City is concerned,the protection effect of citizens’ personal information security is remarkable,but the situation is still grim.Third,the prevention and control of citizens’ personal information security need to take targeted measures to improve the difficulties.Through the in-depth analysis of this paper,it is found that the chaos of personal information security is caused by the imperfect legal system,the ineffective supervision of regulatory departments,the lack of "fiduciary responsibility" and the weak awareness of citizens’ personal information security.In order to improve the level of security prevention and control,it is necessary to improve the relevant laws and regulations on the protection of citizens’ personal information security,strengthen supervision,establish a collaborative supervision system for citizens’ personal information security,and cultivate citizens’ good awareness of information security.
