The Status And Regulations Of Internet Media Supervising Judical Trilas

With the development of Internet technology,online media supervision has become the mainstream form of media supervision.In this context,I have conducted research on online media supervision.Through the investigation of some hot cases,it is found that although online media supervision is helpful for some unjust,false and wrong cases,procedural implementation and conviction and sentencing,it is due to the spontaneity and commercial nature of online media.And my country’s relatively loose regulation of online media has also brought many problems.For example,the infringement of the personal rights and privacy rights of the parties is used by the parties as a means of litigation,which affects the authority of the judicial organs and the emergence of "media trials".The main reason is that,on the one hand,,my country does not have a clear press law,which leads to the unclear boundaries of my country’s online media supervision.On the other hand,it is because my country’s judicial independence system is not perfect.Therefore,how to give play to the positive role of online media supervision,promote the harmonious development of online media supervision and judicial adjudication,and keep the judicial independence of the adjudication agency to the maximum extent is a problem that we urgently need to solve today.
