Research On Government Functions In The Development Of Rural E-commerce In Ordos City

With the development of technology and the change of consumption pattern,rural e-commerce has developed rapidly and become one of the important ways to promote economic and social development.The government of Ordos attaches great importance to the work of e-commerce in rural areas.The number of e-commerce outlets in rural areas is increasing.The problem of difficult to buy and difficult to sell,which has long plagued farmers and herdsmen,has been alleviated to a large extent.With the help of e-commerce,traditional industries speed up the transformation and upgrading,and e-commerce has achieved remarkable results in poverty alleviation.However,in the process of using the government functions of rural e-commerce in Ordos City,there are still some problems,such as insufficient macro-control functions of the government,imperfect functions of providing public goods and services,imperfect functions of market supervision and social management.Based on the theory of new public management and government role and the theory of government function transformation,this paper uses the methods of literature research,field investigation and comparative analysis to analyze the function performance of Ordos Municipal Government in developing rural e-commerce.And analyzes the function problems of the government in the development of rural e-commerce from the government’s macro-control function,public service function,market supervision function and social management function.Through the study,the reasons for the problems of government functions in the development of rural e-commerce in Ordos City are that the government does not attach enough importance to it,the planning guidance is not effective,the government lacks overall arrangement,the public service is not in place,and the traditional industrialization concept of the government has not changed.Combined with the advanced experience of government functions in the process of developing rural e-commerce in Qiannan Prefecture,Anshun City and Zunyi City,the author thinks that in the future development of rural e-commerce in Ordos City,the government needs to optimize the macro-control function,strengthen the public service function,improve the market supervision function and strengthen the social management function.So as to solve the problems in the development process of rural e-commerce in Ordos City,improve the efficiency of government public management,and help rural e-commerce develop well and quickly.
