Research On The Problem Of Procuratorial Supervision Of Administrative Law Enforcement

The procuratorial supervision of administrative law enforcement refers to:as a legal supervision organ prescribed by the Constitution,procuratorial organs exercise legal supervision over administrative law enforcement actions of administrative organs.This work in China can be traced back to the general supervision function of procuratorial organs in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.In the new era,the administrative power is expanding day by day,while the administrative supervision system is slightly insufficient.On the one hand,the procuratorial organs as legal supervision organs of the constitution,has to carry out the supervision work of legal rationality,on the other hand,from the point of supervision and practice development of procuratorial organs,procuratorial supervision have more initiative and flexibility than trial supervision and the traditional way,the supervision of procuratorial supervision work should strengthen the administrative law enforcement,can play its proper role in power administration according to law.This paper takes the procuratorial supervision of administrative law enforcement as the topic,Aiming at the problems existing in the system,from the scope of work,supervision procedures,methods and effectiveness and other aspects,put forward their own suggestions to improve.
