Research On The Current Situation And Legal Guarantee Of Food Safety In Tibet

In recent years,food safety problems have occurred from time to time,causing great troubles to the normal life of the people.People generally begin to pay attention to food quality and food safety,and the state has gradually strengthened the strength of food quality inspection,and carried out corresponding responses in the legal protection.However,the phenomenon of fake and shoddy food sold in the grass-roots areas of Tibet Autonomous Region is frequent.Food-borne diseases caused by the poor eating habits of local residents,especially in pastoral areas,the lack of deterrence by food regulatory departments with low illegal costs,and the lack of supervision in grass-roots areas due to the large area and small population are very serious.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current situation of food safety in Tibet Autonomous Region,and studies the legal protection of food safety and corresponding measures,hoping to ensure the food and even characteristic ecological food safety in Tibet Autonomous Region,promote the production and sales of local ecological food,and promote economic development and social progress.Our country has been in the food safety inspection issued many policy and legal protection,however many problems or difficult to improve,but in many remote areas,food safety is still poorly regulated,caused a certain degree of food safety issues,and once the disposal unreasonable will cause social panic,even affect people’s physical and mental health,not conducive to the harmonious development of society.Therefore,the author takes the food of Tibet Autonomous Region as an example and further clarifies the subject,content and mode of food safety supervision in Tibet Autonomous Region by combining the local reality.Analyze the problems and deficiencies,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to boost the development of the food safety work of various departments in Tibet.The purpose of this paper is to strengthen people’s consciousness of safeguarding legal rights,concentrate on solving difficult problems,so that people’s rights and interests can be guaranteed.By summarizing the experience and practice of food safety supervision and exploration in Tibet in recent years,the author further improves the food safety system in Tibet in combination with the reality of Tibet.At the same time,the responsibilities of food safety supervision departments and personnel should be further clarified to ensure the effective implementation of various laws and regulations.This paper studies the food safety administrative law enforcement in Tibet Autonomous Region.Starting from the current situation of food administrative supervision in Tibet Autonomous Region and the objective conditions in Tibet,the author diagnoses the problems in the current situation of food safety administrative law enforcement in Tibet Autonomous Region.The author uses the method of literature analysis and comparative study.And by visiting,field investigation and other methods to the Tibet Autonomous Region food safety legal protection issues for careful thinking,so as to get rigorous demonstration.In addition,opinions and suggestions will be put forward at the end of the article,only to contribute to a comprehensive and thorough solution to the problem of food safety administrative supervision chaos.It is hoped that this article can provide ideas for food safety supervision problems in other ethnic minority areas in China and serve as an effective reference.The innovation of this paper lies in that the author studies the advantages and disadvantages of legal protection from the current situation of food safety in Tibet,and studies a set of countermeasures with Tibetan characteristics by combining real cases and field interviews and research.And in 2015 our country the legislative law was revised vision,in the same year the revised "law of food safety" authorized local government food safety regulation is responsible for their respective administrative areas,proposes the countermeasure based on analysis of the challenges and difficulties,the second institutional reform after the reform of local governments in the three games and a action,thus brings new problems and countermeasures research belongs to the blank,The research involves the response of the local legislative law to the upper level law,and also involves the research on the integration of policy into the local reform,which provides reference for the local legislators in the future.
