Research On The Theory And Practice Of Rural Volunteer Service In The New Era

Volunteer service,as a free and voluntary social activity with the purpose of helping others,plays an important role in promoting the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.As the pilot task of building a new era civilization practice center is proposed,as an important part of the process of socialist modernization and an important subject in grassroots social governance,rural voluntary service is ushering in the best period of development opportunities.It plays a pivotal role in the in-depth study and promotion of Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,consolidating the results of poverty alleviation,and promoting the overall revitalization of the countryside.Under the background of the new era,rural voluntary service activities are in full swing,and it is more to be sorted out,summarized,and summarized for their practices and experiences.However,most of the existing research results are a review of the development process of China’s voluntary service and the interpretation of the spiritual connotation of policy documents,or a simple summary of the current status of China’s voluntary service,specifically aimed at the systematization of rural voluntary service is rare.Therefore,this article takes the new concept of civilized practice in the new era as the background,and takes the rural volunteer service practice in Zigui County,Hubei Province as the starting point to study the current rural volunteer service construction in Zigui County.This article first explores the feasibility and necessity of this article by combing the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,by combing the related concepts of volunteer service,combining Marxist theory,the theory of the Chinese Communist Party and the theory of Chinese excellent traditional culture,clarify the theoretical basis of voluntary service,and provide theoretical support for rural volunteer service in the new era.Thirdly,on the basis of literature analysis,through the online resources of various portal websites and offline field investigations,we will conduct an in-depth analysis of the practice of rural voluntary service in Zigui in the new era,and explore the current situation and results of the construction,the existing problems and analyze the reasons.Finally,in view of the problems of low participation enthusiasm,unreasonable personnel structure,lack of activity funds,and poor social identity in rural volunteer services,this article proposes suggestions for improving and improving rural volunteer services in the new era from four aspects: one is to strengthen propaganda efforts and enhancement of service awareness;second,we must consolidate the talent team and improve professional standards;third,we must increase capital investment and broaden financing channels;fourth,we must improve the institutional system and strengthen social recognition.Through these measures,we hope to promote the long-term development of rural voluntary services and help alleviate poverty.
