Rural Governance Of W County In Bayannur City,inner Mongolia

The 14 th Five-Year Plan period is the first five-year period in which we embark on a new journey towards the second centenary goal of building a modern socialist country in all respects.Rural governance is a major task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the central file no.1,2021"the central committee of the communist party of China,the State Council on promoting rural revitalization of the opinions of the modernization of rural areas to speed up the agriculture the rural construction of important position,on the construction of socialist modernization,rural governance in our country is faced with various new problems,also ushered in the new opportunities.W county is a typical agricultural county,the county as the research object,this study W questionnaire survey as the main research method,through to the W county village officials,some villagers’ questionnaire investigation and interview to collect first-hand research materials,create the W county rural governance status quo,research analysis perspective of public management in the main findings of the article and conclusive opinions.This paper mainly demonstrates and analyzes from the following five parts:First,it systematically discusses the background of the topic and the significance,method,main content,innovation and shortcomings of the research,and expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Second,it mainly expounds the current situation and existing problems of rural governance in W County,including the basic situation of W County,the results of questionnaire survey and the existing problems of governance in recent years.Thirdly,based on the foregoing contents,it analyzes the long-standing governance problems in W County and analyzes the reasons.Fourth,the analysis of domestic and foreign experience for reference and the enlightenment;Fifth,through the analysis and research of the above contents,combined with the local actual situation,try to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the rural governance model of W County.
