Study On The Issues And Offering Suggestions On Government Land Acquisition And Demolition

Land requisition in the rural areas is aiming at promoting the process of urbanization,at citizens’ wellbeing;at the stabilization of society,at the popular support,which is the foundation of executive power,the very basic part of economic development,and a decisive combination of promoting the prosperity between the rural and urban areas.In recent years,rural areas’ urbanization is still in full swing.With the process of urban construction,the need of lands is also becoming more and more desperate.Land requisition is a social phenomenon that result from economic development and urbanization,concerning on requisition of lands which used to belong a specified community and on reallocating the lands to whom that may bring more benefit after requisition.On the other hand,it can reveal several conflicts on different part that role in these land requisition,which are,government,commercial developers,village committee,etc.As it concerns on the reallocating of benefit,it can also result in the peasant’s needs cannot be satisfied,becoming a social issue that the peasant appealing this to a higher authority over the local government,the confliction between general public and civil servant is becoming more common.The writer’s daily work is about land requisition;through daily observation,the writer finds out issues that affect residents willingness to move.which are as follows:to further improve of policy system,to give widely publicity of related regulations,to put every actual policy into practice.In a nutshell,the residents are more reluctant to move compared to the past.This social phenomenon has consequences,including the land use for urban facilities cannot be acquired and the land cannot come into the market so investment cannot be achieved.In the immediate aftermath,the economy development and urbanization are both getting baffled.In order to find out the reason why those peasants are reluctant on moving and to increase the speed of land requisition,the writer uses XIEJIANG community,located in JINYUAN block,DAYI County,as an example to demonstrate.Investigating the local government’s daily work,the writer is aiming at analyzing the factors that affects 232 families which are unwilling to move,it emphasizes on study of how resident movement is affected by government policy and residents individual characteristics.The study shows that the residents’ understanding of policies is very much more a key factor for them to move,compared with their individual characteristics.In a conclusion,this essay is aiming to provide suggestions with an aspect of promoting land requisition process as well as to solve the above mentioned issues that baffle it.
