Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Promoting The Backflow Of Young Labor Force Under The Bacdground Of Rural Revitalization

The 19th national congress of the communist party of China has put forward the strategy of revitalizing rural areas.It is the key to doing our work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers well in the new era.The revitalization of rural areas means the revitalization of industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations.The labor force,especially the young labor force,plays an important role in the revitalization of rural areas.In the past decades,there has been a large number of rural youth labor force outflow.Under the great strategy of rural revitalization,how to further promote the return of youth labor force is an important part of the success of this strategy.From the perspective of rural revitalization,this paper explains the concepts of rural revitalization,labor flow and human capital,and adopts the qualitative research method of grounded theory to conduct in-depth interviews and investigations on 23 interviewees involved in the core issues of this paper through field visits to town X,Y city.Then,the first-hand data collected are coded,analyzed and summarized,and finally the model of youth labor flow is constructed.Through the explanation of the main category and the typical relationship structure in the model,it is concluded that there is a big gap between the current rural real environment and the urban environment,and the joint effect of individual knowledge and social cognition affects the youth labor mobility.The core way to promote the backflow of young labor force is to take the scientific connotation of rural revitalization as the goal,improve the level of agricultural modernization,optimize the rural living environment,and promote the continuous progress of rural governance and infrastructure construction.Finally,on the basis of fully grasping the great strategy of rural revitalization and combining the local policies and regulations,regional characteristics,industrial structure and other factors,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to attract young people to return to the countryside.Firstly,efforts should be made to address the core problems restricting agricultural and rural development,such as raising the level of modernization,promoting industrial integration,increasing financial and institutional supply,and training professional personnel.Secondly,we need to play a role in improving the rural environment,vigorously promote the construction of rural infrastructure and public services,change the rural landscape,and build an effective and livable countryside.Thirdly,we need to increase input in rural human capital,develop and cultivate the youth labor force in a targeted way,and focus on education,training and guidance.Fourthly,we need to increase government input,channel resources to the countryside,expand media publicity,and change the negative impression of the countryside.
