As network technology fully come into people’s life,network becomes an important force for promoting the development of the society,but also brings new risks.The growing popularity of information technology has brought unprecedented challenges to people’s security,we must attach great importance to network security issues,in order to ensure the orderly and stable construction of the whole society.Completely different from the past simple sense of network security,the core of network security in the new era needs to focus on ideological security in the network position.Therefore,this article focuses on ideology security horizon,strengthen the construction of network integrated management system,with comprehensive maintenance,network security clear space provides suggestions for construction.Under the view of ideology security,the research purpose of network comprehensive governance is to ensure the all-round and orderly development of cyberspace,not only from the technical level to protect network security,but also from the spiritual level to protect the ideological security of cyberspace,so as to safeguard network security with a comprehensive governance system and maintain the overall national security.To strengthen the construction of network governance system and analyze the challenges faced by China’s network security in the ideological field,we need to base ourselves on the development reality of China’s network society,clarify the key security issues that need to be faced,and take the road of network governance with Chinese characteristics.Faced with the complex and changeable network governance problems brought about by ideological security,it is necessary to follow the actual needs of governance and build a comprehensive network governance pattern in which the Party Committee leads the overall situation,the government and enterprises assume important governance responsibilities,and the society and the vast number of netizens consciously abide by and supervise the network security governance.Combined with the existing network governance theory and practical experience,this paper starts from the network governance theory,analyzes the network governance theory and the actual needs of network governance,combined with the practical governance experience and the research results of scholars,starting from the content system,responsibility system and method system of network governance,focusing on what,who and how to govern the comprehensive network governance in the field of ideological security To explore more scientific and effective network comprehensive governance.Through a series of comprehensive analysis and research,it is found that the strategy to improve the effectiveness of network comprehensive governance needs to effectively pool the network governance strength of all network participants,with the focus on strengthening the construction of the network governance legal system,building a legal governance platform,and coordinating the cooperation among multiple network comprehensive governance subjects.It is necessary to strictly regulate network behavior,build up the right of discourse in network positions,and strengthen scientific and technological innovation in comprehensive network governance.To prevent the risk of cyberspace,we need to monitor the network public opinion from the source to improve the ability of network governance,create a clean and positive cyberspace,so that the positive energy and theme can be highlighted in the daily life of the vast number of netizens.
