Study On The System Perfection Of Divorce Cooling-off Period In China

As a new system,the cooling-off period system of divorce aims to restrain hasty divorce and impulsive divorce,reduce the divorce rate in China,and maintain the stability of marriage to a certain extent.Article 1077 of China’s Civil Code stipulates that it is an indisputable fact that the system of divorce cooling-off period is incorporated into the law.Introduced in this paper the meaning,background,brief introduction of the development of divorce a cooling-off period in China,sure,on the basis of its positive significance,pointed out that at present our country divorce deficiency of the existence of a cooling-off period system,thus,the author analyzes the reasons of divorce a cooling-off period system in China needs to improve,a cooling-off period system for divorce in outside general investigation,put forward to opinions and Suggestions of perfecting our country’s divorce a cooling-off period system.
