The Research On The Theory And Practice Of Building New International Relations Since The 18th CPC National Congress

Building a new type of international relations is an important mission of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is also an active exploration of China’s blueprint for sound development of international relations and a better world order.Based on macro point of view,this paper around the Xi Jinping,a series of speech and the party’s general secretary in the report to the eighteenth,nineteenth,combined with Xi Jinping as the core of the CPC Central Committee under the new era of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics,principles and policies,aiming at the eighteenth big new international relations since the formation of the background and connotation characteristics,expounds its theoretical innovation and practical results,the thorough analysis to build the new opportunities and challenges faced by international relations,based on the path to seek further development.The new type of international relations has its profound origin and basis,including international background,domestic basis and theoretical basis.It not only conforms to the trend of The Times of peace and development,but also responds to the security challenge of lack of political mutual trust and strategic mutual suspicion.It inherits the marxist classic writer and the marxism international relations theory of China,and contains the fine traditional Chinese culture vein;It is in line with the objective needs of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is our party’s strategic consideration of the complex international situation.Since the 18th national congress of the CPC,China has built a new type of international relations with rich connotations and distinctive characteristics,mainly including three aspects.The core concept of mutual respect,fairness,justice and win-win cooperation;It is composed of relations among major powers,neighboring countries,developing countries and multilateral relations.It is characterized by inheritance,overall situation and reciprocity.Since the 18th national congress of the CPC,China’s contribution to the construction of a new theory of international relations has been mainly manifested in two aspects.On the one hand,it is the inheritance of marxist classical writers’ thought on international relations and the sinicized theory of international relations before the 18th CPC national congress,and on the other hand,it is the historical transcendence of traditional thought on international relations.And achieved a series of fruitful practical results,highlighting the contemporary value,with great strategic significance.At present,we has made fruitful achievements in building a new type of international relations.However,we still face many challenges.In this process,we are required to stand firm on our principles,uphold China’s core interests,uphold sovereign equality,and uphold the right approach to upholding justice and pursuing Shared interests.At the same time,we will take a series of effective measures,including unswervingly following the path of peaceful development and creating a secure and stable environment.Expanding the global network of partnerships and pooling the common strength of mankind;To abide by a series of bilateral and multilateral agreements and uphold the authority of international rule of law;We will innovate institutions and mechanisms for global governance and improve our capacity for global governance.We will vigorously open up international public diplomacy and expand people-to-people and cultural exchanges.So as to promote the final construction of a new type of international relations.
