| Customs is the authority of entry and exit.Lanzhou customs main duty is to seriously implement the work of the CPC Central Committee and state council,and to complete conscientiously the work tasks assigned by the General Administration of Customs,and earnestly implement strictly the responsibility of the party in an allround way.Lanzhou customs shoulders the responsibility of traditional job of entryexit inspection and quarantine,statistics and other responsibilities.In the new period,Lanzhou customs supervision task is increasingly heavy,but also faced with more and more challenges.Based on the two-factor theory,this paper mainly studies the problems existing in the operation of the incentive mechanism of Lanzhou Customs civil servants.The health factors mainly analyze the existing problems from three aspects,such as “salary and welfare,working relationship and assessment system”.The incentive factors analyze the existing problems from three aspects,su ch as“career promotion,job communication and career prospect”.The paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and random interviews and collects civil service satisfaction to the current incentive mechanism from the selection of research problems in the index factors.The paper puts forward suggestion on optimizing wages and benefits mechanism,improving the performance appraisal system,strengthening exchanges among cadres,and making a scientific career plan for civil servants from hygiene factors and motivation factors.The paper aims to improve a certain reference to perfection of Lanzhou customs civil servants incentive mechanism. |
