Research On Public Satisfaction Measurement Of Public Service Facilities In Lanzhou

In recent years,the city’s supply capacity of public service facilities has improved significantly with the continuous development of Lanzhou’s economy.At present,it is in the stage of quality-oriented transformation and development,the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the gradual change of lifestyles have put forward higher requirements on public service facilities.Unfortunately,there are currently some problems in public service facilities in Lanzhou,such as insufficient total supply,complex relationship between supply and demand,uneven layout of facilities,imperfect management of government departments,etc.Public service facilities are the basis for protecting the basic rights of the public and improving public living standards,so it is of great significance to improve public service facilities in Lanzhou.Centering on the people’s yearning for a better life,in accordance with General Secretary Xi Jinping’s guidance that "the city is the city of the people,the people’s city should provide services for the people",and according to the overall development idea of Lanzhou "Metropolitan City,Exquisite Lanzhou",we have put forward suggestions on improving the public service facilities in Lanzhou,providing a new perspective for promoting the construction of public service facilities in Lanzhou.Under this research background,in order to further understand the current situation of public satisfaction of public service facilities in Lanzhou and analyze the shortcomings of urban governance in the field of public service facilities,drawing on the research results at home and abroad in recent years,we conduct an empirical analysis based on the new public service theory and public satisfaction theory,and taking medical facilities of Lanzhou as an example.Specifically,the influencing factors of satisfaction on public service facilities in Lanzhou are explored by means of literature reading and field observation.The influencing factors are set as seven aspects: public expectation,perceived quality,perceived service,perceived value,public satisfaction,public trust and public complaints.Through the reasonable selection of satisfaction measurement indicators,the satisfaction measurement index system on public service facilities is established.Subsequently,the questionnaire is designed and distributed,and finally get the facility public satisfaction index using SPSS software statistical analysis.Secondly,the relationship between the factors affecting the satisfaction of public service facilities is studied,then,11 hypothetical paths are set among public expectation,perceived quality,perceived service,perceived value,public satisfaction,public trust and public complaints,in this way,the public satisfaction index model of public service facilities in Lanzhou is constructed.Through model verification,we believe that it will provide a reference for the development and improvement of public service facilities.The results of evaluation and research indicate that the public satisfaction index of medical facilities in Lanzhou is 56.56%,respectively,which is relatively low.In this paper,the quadrant chart analysis method is used to analyze the importance-satisfaction quadrant diagram of the satisfaction measurement index of medical facilities.In addition,the path analysis method is used to verify the hypothesis of the satisfaction index model of medical facilities,and the results show that 10 paths in the hypothesis are significant and consistent with expectations,thus the correctness of the public satisfaction index model of medical facilities in Lanzhou is verified.Through the above analysis,the weak links and service defects of public service facilities provided by the government are discovered.According to the relevant relations in the satisfaction index model,starting with the influencing factors of satisfaction,such as perceived quality,perceived service,perceived value,etc,this paper attempts to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of public service facilities in Lanzhou.Finally,it potentially improves the public satisfaction index of public service facilities in Lanzhou,contributing to creating comfortable,convenient and efficient urban public service facilities and enhancing the well-being and comfort of public life.
