Study On Marxist Labor Happiness And Its Contemporary Value

The history of the development of human society is a history of labor,and also a history of people’s pursuit of happiness through labor.From the standpoint of liberating all mankind,Marx put forward the view of labor happiness.He believed that labor creates happiness and alienated labor leads to unhappiness.Only by realizing free and conscious labor can people get real happiness.Marx took the people as the starting point and believed that the people’s happiness was the fundamental starting point,the core essence and the value pursuit of the view of labor and happiness.He criticizes the misfortune caused by the capitalist system,the misfortune caused by goods and capital and the misfortune caused by alienated labor.It is pointed out that labor happiness is the unity of material happiness and spiritual happiness,the unity of creating happiness and enjoying happiness,the unity of individual happiness and social happiness.Marx’s view of labor happiness is of great value to the realization of China’s labor happiness in the new era.Mainly reflected in the promotion of labor happiness,leading the pursuit of value.We should guide the people to establish a correct view of happiness through work,pursue the free nature of happiness through work,and pursue a happy life through work based on reality.Show the value of labor and improve the happiness index.We should create a social atmosphere that advocates happiness through work,build harmonious labor relations in the new era,and strengthen the social subjectivity of working people.Safeguard the dignity of labor and build a happy China.We should guide the people to realize happiness by respecting,participating in and enjoying work.This paper studies Marx’s view of labor happiness and its contemporary value by using the method of literature research,induction and summary and the method of combining theory with practice.First of all,the relevant concepts and main contents of Marx’s view of labor happiness are explained.Secondly,it summarizes the basic characteristics of Marx’s view of labor happiness,which is popular,critical and dialectical.Finally,it demonstrates the contemporary value of Marx’s view of labor happiness from different aspects.
