Xi Jinping’s Important Exposition On Labor

Labor brings people back to the kingdom of reality from the sky,makes people surpass the nature on the basis of nature,produces the social life itself,and makes people become "quasi existence" and live "quasi life".Labor has become the general essence of human beings.Through labor,human beings have created a long human history and a magnificent world history.In his early days,Marx predicted that every nation in the future new society would have the same ruler,that is,labor.Whether from the past to the present or in the future,labor is an important foundation for human and social development.So "labor" is one of the most basic and core categories in Marxist theory,and Marxist labor concept still has great theoretical and practical significance.Xi Jinping’s novel coronavirus pneumonia,which is based on the classical Marx’s labor view,extends China’s excellent traditional labor ideology and innovating the socialist labor outlook with Chinese characteristics,combines Xi Jinping’s own practice of educated youth,early administration and governing the country.It also faces the lack of harmony in labor relations,the wrong trend of labor,the trend of anti globalization and the new crown pneumonia.Love brings new reflection on labor and artificial intelligence brings new challenges to labor.This article takes Xi Jinping’s important discussion on labor as the core and takes labor as the core concept,and concretely discusses it from four parts.The first part explains Xi Jinping’s theoretical foundation,practical cultivation and realistic context of the important labor theory,which shows Xi Jinping’s important theory of labor is an important scientific theory that meets the needs of the times,adapts to the national conditions and solves the labor problems.The second part discusses the three main parts of Xi Jinping’s main theory of labor,the theory of value and the theory of practice.The three main questions are: rich content,specific answers to the main body of labor,why labor and how to carry out labor.The third part studies four main theoretical characteristics of Xi Jinping’s popular,contemporary,guiding and innovative ideas about the important labor theory,which shows what Xi Jinping’s important labor theory is,as the product of the times,distinct from other labor theories.Ideological characteristics,which reflect Xi Jinping’s important labor theory,is one of the most distinctive components of Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The last fourth parts highlight Xi Jinping’s important theoretical and practical significance on China’s important labor theory,which reflects its ability to guide individuals to work hard and strive for first class,to guide social cohesion and create brilliance,and to guide the country.Unite as one and climb the summit bravely.By using the method of literature research and system analysis,this paper,through studying the basis,main content,theoretical characteristics and great significance of Xi Jinping’s theory on the important labor theory,forms a whole,systematic and relatively new research approach.This study shows Xi Jinping’s important exposition on labor,which not only enriches labor theory to realize the leap of labor theory value from theoretical level,but also has great practical significance for individuals,society and country to correctly grasp this theory and guide labor practice.
