In the era of globalization where competition for comprehensive national strength is becoming increasingly fierce,the strategic significance of the ocean is becoming more and more significant,the international community is paying more attention to the role of the ocean in national politics,significance in ec-o nomic and social development.Since Joko Widodo became the 7th President of Indonesia,in terms of national strategy,it has demonstrated the ambition of accelerating the strengthening of Indonesia’s overall national strength,especially the use of marine resources,in terms of marine infrastructure construction such as maritime interconnection,put forward the strategic concept of "Global Maritime Fulcrum",become an important guide for Indonesia’s national strategy and government work,the intention is to use this strategy to realize Indonesia’s vision of a maritime power.Indonesia has thus entered an era of re-emphasizing the ocean,its importance and influence are worthy of attention.Construction of marine infrastructure,defending maritime sovereignty and safeguarding national security are two elements of Indonesia’s strategic conception of "Global Maritime Fulcrum".Although this strategy has achieved certain results,however,there are also some practical obstacles to the further advancement of this strategy.Indonesia’s economy,maritime security defense capabilities,international relations,cultural awareness,the political situation poses certain challenges to the implementation of this strategy.In addition,Indonesia,as a major member of ASEAN,the implementation of its national maritime strategy is boun d to affect ASEAN,Southeast Asia and Southeast Asian countries have a certa-in influence or doubts.Therefore,In the process of implementing the "Global Maritime Fulcrum" strategy,Indonesia and Southeast Asian countries are in balance,while coordinating the maritime rights and interests of Southeast Asian countries,eliminate or reduce Southeast Asian countries’ doubts or worries ab-o ut the "Global Maritime Fulcrum" strategy,Promoting cooperation among Sout-heast Asian countries is an important issue that needs to be resolved urgently.This research focuses on the impact of Indonesia’s “Global Maritime Fulcrum” strategy on Southeast Asian countries.In a comprehensive review of the background of Indonesia’s “Global Maritime Fulcrum” strategy,main content,based on the status quo of development,from the economy,political,analyze and study the positive and negative impacts of Indonesia’s “Global Maritime Fulcrum” strategy on Southeast Asian countries at the security level,the main research includes: due to the implementation and promotion of Indonesia’s “Global Maritime Fulcrum” strategy,economically,it has both positive and negative effects on the development of fisheries and regional economic cooperation in Southeast Asia;politically,further intensify the diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Southeast Asian countries,it will also increase political conflicts in the maritime field among Southeast Asian countries;in terms of security,due to the complex and severe ethnic and religious issues in Southeast Asia,the "Global Maritime Fulcrum" strategy helps in maintaining maritime security in Indonesia and other Southeast Asian waters.Through research,it is found that the backward infrastructure,political instability,and complex ethnic and religious issues in Indonesia and Southeast Asian countries are the main reasons for the above-mentioned impact.In view of this,Indonesia should strengthen political cooperation with Southeast Asian countries,implementation of the "Global Maritime Fulcrum" strategy in terms of maritime cooperation,maritime cultural construction and accelerating the process of ASEAN integration,alleviate the doubts and worries of Southeast Asian countries "Maritime Fulcrum" strategy,and make it a positive factor in promoting cooperation among Southeast Asian countries.
