Research On The Follow-up Support Of Relocated Households Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Precision as the end of the poverty alleviation work,change of relocation for poverty alleviation work is drawing to a close,move,however,does not take the crowd moved from site to site ends,in change of relocation work,moved only completed the first step,how to make these shops and on the basis of "moving" "live" "to get rich",is the country revitalization strategy under the background of the change have been the focus of the shops and the follow-up support,if processes is not good Chinese shops and easily happened,so need through comprehensive follow-up support measures to ensure sustainable change of mine out of poverty.The author uses the SLA analysis framework proposed by DFID to study the follow-up support of the relocation households in Changjie Township.Find out the problems existing in the follow-up support of factory streets and townships,and analyze the reasons for the deficiencies existing in the follow-up support,and then put forward targeted measures to solve these problems.Firstly,the paper defines the core concepts of relocation households,follow-up support and livelihood capital.Secondly,according to the SLA analysis framework,the farmers,townships and village cadres of the three centralized resettlement sites in Changjie Township were interviewed and collected data,so as to find out the deficiencies in the follow-up support of Changjie Township and analyze the causes.Finally,on the basis of the above,it puts forward the effective follow-up support countermeasures under the background of rural revitalization.The author believes that there exist some problems in the shops and follow-up support,including shops and livelihood capital of natural capital devaluation and planting cost increase due to relocation,housing area is small,and the production information on physical capital,social capital in shops and participate in the social organization enthusiasm is not enough and rejected by the local villagers,less human capital labor and low level of education and lack of professional skills,the financial capital of family income instability and lack of credit channel,the causes of these problems are imperfect government level formulate follow-up support measures,follow-up support measures and rural revitalization plan join the improper and incomplete social security system and so on,At the social level,there is little help from social forces and the original villagers in the concentrated resettlement sites.At the personal level,the resettlement households have poor adaptability,lack of motivation for development and weak ability to screen and extract information.The next government,therefore,under the background of rural revitalization,the township government to street,with the aid of the five revitalization of rural revitalization strategy target,combined with the focus on the actual situation of mine,through effective follow-up support measures to increase the livelihood of mine capital,let mine real poverty to become rich,achieve sustainable livelihoods.
