Research On Marriage Auxiliary Trial System Based On Rules And Similarity

In recent years,the effective implementation of the reform of the registration system has fundamentally improved the problem of the people’s difficulty in filing a case,but it has also exacerbated the problem of more case and less people.The phenomenon is particularly obvious in the grass-roots courts,a large number of judges are overloaded.In order to effectively solve this problem,all kinds of auxiliary trial system came into being.At present,artificial intelligence is widely used in criminal cases,and intelligent sentencing has been basically realized.Civil cases have just reached the goal of information construction,lack of in-depth research on related aspects.Marriage litigation cases have always occupied a high proportion in civil cases,and have increased rapidly in recent years.At the same time,marriage litigation cases are complex,and there are many factors to consider in the trial,which test the professional level of young judges.At present,most of the auxiliary trial systems of civil cases are constructed from the aspects of electronic files and electronic information transmission.Although it improves the efficiency of the court,it does not reduce the workload of judges.Even when judges handle the same case,they need to switch between different systems,which increases the cost.Therefore,starting from the judge’s core business point,this paper focuses on the judgment of a case and case push.In addition,in order to better realize the related functions,the elemental trial mechanism is introduced.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the elemental trial mechanism,the elemental table of marriage cases is designed.The design of the elemental table is helpful to sort out the facts of the case,remove the unless information in the case,and facilitate the design and research of the judgment algorithm.Elemental trial is the reference object of system business process design,so the design of elemental table is also related to other system function design.(2)In order to assist the judge in handing the case,this paper designs a case judgment algorithm based on decision analysis and dependency syntax,according to the case elemental table and expert experience database.The algorithm constructs a decision-making model through the analysis of expert experience database,and then uses dependency parsing technology to obtain useful information,and then uses decision analysis to make a case decision.(3)In order to realize the same judgment for similar cases,this paper analyzes the structure and characteristics of the judgment documents,and determines the matching mechanism of the case plot words and sentence similarity.To achieve a better performance of recommendation,this paper studies the plaintiff’s claim and the facts that the judge firmly believe,so as to calculate the text similarity and further improve the accuracy of case push.The research and design of the system is based on the problems encountered in hanging marriage litigation cases by Basic People’s Court,and deeply analyzes the business relations and influencing factors between the judges and the parties.Technologically,use judgment and case push algorithm to achieve more accurate and effective business support capabilities.In the reality,the traditional case-handling process is transformed through the elemental trial,so as to achieve the division of complicated and simple case.The system has been online for two years.It has been proved that system has good effect and can be popularized.
