| In recent years,the "17+1" cooperation and the Initiative of the "Belt and Road" are bringing China and the world closer together.Bulgaria,which has traditional friendly and cooperative relations with China,has made continuous new measures to promote the Initiative of the "Belt and Road".With the advancement of the “Belt and Road” Initiative,Bulgaria has strengthened exchanges and cooperation with China in the fields of economy,trade,agriculture,culture,and tourism by virtue of its geographical location,abundant forest and agricultural resources,and complete education system.The trade and investment between the two sides have increased significantly compared to the past,which directly drove the local economic development.Cooperation has brought many practical benefits to the two countries and benefited ordinary people.Bulgaria deeply appreciates the Initiative of the "Belt and Road",which will promote the relationship between Europe and China,and will play an active role in the Initiative of the "Belt and Road",and enhance the political mutual trust and mutually beneficial cooperation between Bulgaria and China.At this stage,the economic and trade cooperation between China and Bulgaria is beginning to take shape,the bilateral trade is accelerating,and new economic and trade cooperation models are frequently emerging.However,the large uncertainties in Bulgaria’s domestic policies,the high potential risks of trade protection measures,and the backward infrastructure have posed challenges to China-Bulgaria economic and trade cooperation.2019 marks the 70 th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Bulgaria.The two countries issued a joint statement on July 3,elevating bilateral relations to a new level of strategic partnership.In this context,how to overcome challenges and further deepen China-Bulgaria economic and trade cooperation is of great significance.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by China-Brazil economic and trade cooperation,we propose countermeasures to further deepen bilateral economic and trade cooperation. |
