In the new era,the world economy is undergoing profound adjustment,The economic development of our country is facing a more complex and changeable external environment.At present,China is in the period of transforming the mode of development,optimizing the economic structure and transforming the driving force of growth.Structural,institutional and cyclical issues are intertwined.The outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia has a great impact on China,the world,and other aspects of politics,economy and society.Novel coronavirus pneumonia is the main cause of the loss of foreign trade.However,with the increasing competition in international trade,especially the impact of the new crown pneumonia,the loss of buyer’s credit will lead to the loss of foreign trade enterprises’ interests.The export credit risk of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province faces political risk,sovereign credit risk and commercial risk.These risks have greatly hindered the foreign trade enterprises of Shandong Province from actively "going out".Some trade has been interrupted one after another.The foreign trade enterprises of Shandong Province are facing huge trade risks,and the export credit risk has increased significantly.How to effectively control the export credit risk of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province,further reduce the loss of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province,improve the financing convenience of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province,and drive the overseas investment of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province,so as to improve the economic benefits of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province and enhance the export competitiveness of enterprises is of great significance.At the same time,strengthening the export credit risk management and control of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province is particularly important to stabilize the basic situation of foreign trade in Shandong Province and promote the high-quality development of foreign trade in Shandong Province.Therefore,we must pay attention to the export credit risk control of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province.This paper attempts to study and analyze the government control of export credit risk of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province.By investigating the current situation,characteristics,effectiveness and existing problems of government control of export credit risk of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province,and learning from the experience and Enlightenment of government control of export credit risk at home and abroad,this paper further explores the policy suggestions of government control of export credit risk of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province,To effectively improve the credit risk management and control of foreign trade enterprises to provide a reference.Firstly,the domestic and foreign credit risk theory and export credit risk management and control knowledge are reviewed to provide the theoretical basis for the research.Secondly,it summarizes the characteristics,status quo and effectiveness of government control of export credit risk of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province,analyzes the problems existing in government control of export credit risk of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province,and briefly expounds the reasons for the problems.Then,it introduces the experience of government control of export credit risk at home and abroad,and summarizes the relevant enlightenment.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the government control of export credit risk of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province,combined with the reality of Shandong Province,from four aspects:the government improving the legal mechanism to provide institutional guarantee,increasing government participation to improve risk control,the government guiding credit insurance institutions to establish risk control sharing mechanism,and the government guiding foreign trade enterprises to improve the risk control mechanism,This paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the government control of export credit risk of foreign trade enterprises in Shandong Province. |
