| With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the tremendous improvement in people’s living standards and medical and health care,the increasing life expectancy of the population,the rapid increase in the number of elderly people in China,and the simultaneous occurrence of social problems such as low fertility,making China’s aging process continuous speeding up and it has brought about a series of problems such as shortage of labor market,problems of seeing a doctor and medical treatment,and weakening of family’s old-age function.Through the research and discussion of the new concept of "active aging" from all walks of life,it can be seen that China can take the lead in achieving active ageing among retirees in public institutions,on the one hand,it can alleviate the huge challenges brought about by the aging population,on the other hand,the elderly carrying out social participation can create value for the development of social economy.The thesis takes the retirees of public institutions in the southern part of Shanxi Province as the research object.The first part uses the literature collation method to sort out the domestic and foreign positive aging theory and experience in related research,and proposes the research content and framework of this thesis.The second part applies the hypothetical theoretical framework,then propose relevant assumptions about the influencing factors that affect the positive aging of public institutions.The third part carries out empirical research,and through questionnaires and interviews to investigate the status of active ageing of retirees in public institutions in south part of Shanxi Province.In summary,the fourth part applies quantitative analysis research methods to sort out the impact of “health”,“participation” and “guarantee” of retirees in public institutions on the realization of active ageing by way of collating and comparing the relevant data of the questionnaire,establishing a regression model that affects the health status of retirees in public institutions,which can improve the health level of retirees in public institutions and promote the realization of active ageing.The positive aging experience in developed countries provides certain suggestions and feasible measures for retirees from public institutions in south part of Shanxi Province.Finally,the conclusions are drawn through empirical research,quantitative analysis,and experience learning to promote Shanxi’s retirees from public institutions in the southern region are actively aging and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Through the above research,this paper concludes that the way to realize the active ageing of retirees in public institutions in south region of Shanxi Province can be improved from the following three aspects: First,improve the physical,psychological,intellectual,social and economic of retirees.In terms of health,it is necessary to ensure the foundation of active ageing from the health level.Second,encourage the social participation of retirees,broaden the channels of social participation of retirees,to promote the realization of active ageing through participation.Third,ensure the safety of personal property of retirees during social participation,and ensure the positive aging of retirees through multiple coordination and social embedding.With the rapid development of the population aging society,we have to continue to maintain high attention to active ageing,and use active ageing as the entry point to deal with population aging,and through the continuous improvement of various measures that contribute to the development of active ageing to cope with the development of the aging population.The state should continuously improve the policy of delayed retirement,establish pension distribution management measures,and establish public service departments for the elderly.On the same time,the consensus of health and social participation should spread from the retirees of public institutions and retired civil servants to the elderly throughout the country so that positive aging measures can be better implemented and the challenges posed by the aging population can be actively addressed. |
