With the comprehensive promotion of government administrative reform,the construction of service-oriented government has become the general trend and meets the expectations of the public.Service oriented government has become the goal and task of government construction at all levels in China,and it is also an important field and content of academic research.Public security system is an important part of the government departments in China,with more staff,and its institutional reform has become an important part of the transformation of government work.With the acceleration of social development,more realistic demands are put forward for the work of public security organs,especially in the expansion of work functions,the design of organizational structure and the allocation of police resources,which is not matched with the reality.The effect and ability of public security organs affect the happiness index of people’s life.In the process of law enforcement,it not only needs to perform its duties and exercise its power as an important administrative organ of the government departments,but also needs to constantly reform and transform,focus on whether the people are satisfied or not,improve the quality of work and promote the work to meet the needs of the people.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the problems existing in the public security organs,such as miscellaneous institutions,unbalanced distribution of police force and unscientific distribution of business functions,so as to find solutions and ways to promote institutional reform and enhance people’s satisfaction.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has intensified the reform of the public security system.Among the special groups for judicial reform of the State Council,a special reform group has been set up within the scope of public security to conduct in-depth investigation and reform.In this paper,through case analysis,taking l Public Security Bureau as the research object,this paper analyzes the organization integration,police resources integration and function integration in the institutional reform.Through questionnaire survey and other ways,combined with the publicsatisfaction feedback,it finds out that the current l Public Security Bureau has unreasonable organization rectification and police force allocation in the institutional reform and public satisfaction Scientific,police support integration is not in place,and the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth.In the face of these problems,starting from the content of public satisfaction feedback,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for further improving the reform of public security organs: first,from the implementation of the institutional reform of Public Security Bureau in L City;second,in the reform of the requirements of law enforcement personnel of public Security Bureau;third,the construction of grass-roots police force after the reform;finally,the construction of police work style In order to lay a foundation for improving the service level and quality of public security organs,and to provide valuable theory and guidance for the reform and transformation and serving the masses. |
