Research On The Coupling Of Folk Moral Education And Legal Civilization In Social Governance Of Jiuxiu Yao Autonomous County

Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County in Guangxi(hereinafter referred to as "Jinxiu County")is one of the most important gathering places of Yao ethnic group in China,and also the county with the largest number of Yao branches in the world.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,this paper chooses Jinxiu county to study the coupling of folk moral education and legal civilization,and explores a social governance road suitable for the development of ethnic areas In the practice of social governance of Yao ethnic group in Jinxiu County,the diversity and coordination of governance are the drill ground for the practice of collaborative governance theory and system coupling theory,which has representative research value.Through questionnaires and field visits,this paper investigates and studies the coupling foundation and coupling relationship between folk moral education and legal civilization of Yao ethnic group in Jinxiu County.It is believed that there is coupling relationship between folk moral education and legal civilization of Yao ethnic group.The coupling characteristics of the two are independence,homogeneity and complementarity.From the related elements of homogeneity,the two forms of coupling show the same basic connotation and direct coupling relationship;they have the same value orientation and also positive coupling relationship;the two practice contents are unified and have content coupling relationship.Through the analysis of the coupling effect of folk moral education and legal civilization,we find that there are strong coupling degree in logic and high coupling degree in function.However,due to different emphasis in the implementation of policies,the public coupling degree of folk moral education and legal civilization is not high.On the basis of sorting out the conflict between the folk moral education and the rule of law civilization in Jinxiu County,this study puts forward a society which can strengthen the standardized management of folk moral education based on the rule of law,promote the construction of the rule of law by relying on the influence of folk moral education,guide the inheritance and development of folk moral education with the spirit of rule of law,and promote the cooperative governance of the rule of law and the rule of virtue In order to promote the establishment of collaborative governance mechanism and realize the modernization of social governance ability in ethnic areas,countermeasures are put forward to strengthen the coupling effect of folk moral education and legal civilization.
