Study On Poverty Alleviation Of Returned Overseas Chinese Families In Benxi City

Returned overseas Chinese relatives return to domestic life for various reasons.Due to the influence of natural and human factors,some returned overseas Chinese relatives have encountered many difficulties in their lives.The impact of the family members of the returned overseas Chinese in difficulty not only lies in the construction of the overall livelihood project of the government,but also in the comprehension of overseas Chinese and their relatives.Overseas Chinese and their relatives of Benxi have its own characteristics of distribution and formation.There are contradictions and problems in helping the poor returnees out of poverty.It is required that the government’s overseas Chinese departments enhance awareness of poverty alleviation work for the families of returned overseas Chinese who are in difficulty.On the one hand,they should improve the work and enhance awareness of poverty alleviation work and do a good job in poverty alleviation work for the returnees in difficulty.By means of literature analysis,investigation and comparative analysis,the living condition and poverty alleviation work of the family members of difficult returned overseas Chinese in Benxi is studied and analyzed.This paper puts forward some problems in poverty alleviation work for the families of returned overseas Chinese with difficulties,such as inaccuracy of poverty alleviation information,inadequate working staff of poverty alleviation work,inadequate guidance and development and inability to mobilize the enthusiasm of social organizations.Through some research and practical work experience of poverty alleviation literature for the families of returned overseas Chinese with difficulties,the main reasons for the problems are as follows:first,the lack of government awareness of poverty alleviation work for the families of returned overseas Chinese with difficulties;second,the low level of poverty alleviation research for the families of returned overseas Chinese with difficulties by the government’s overseas Chinese affairs departments;third,the inadequate use of social forces.On the basis of the analysis,some suggestions are as follows,improve the government’s self-construction,enhance government’s working efficiency;and carry out poverty alleviation work from various angles and in all directions.Through effective measures of poverty alleviation,we can achieve the goal of poverty alleviation for the families of returned overseas Chinese who are in difficulty and ensure the stability of the people’s livelihood and social harmony of the country.
