Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Legal Aid Work For The Elderly Of Fushun City

Legal aid is a legal guarantee system for the government to provide free legal services to the economically disadvantaged groups and special cases in order to protect their legitimate rights and interests,the work of legal aid is the specific measures taken according to the standards and requirements of the legal aid system.Among them,the elderly are the important special groups in the object of legal aid work.With the deepening of the aging process in our country,the importance of legal aid for the elderly is constantly emerging.The promulgation of relevant laws and regulations and the continuous improvement and innovation of working methods also reflect the fairness,justice and humanistic care in the construction of the rule of law in our country.Founded in June 1997,Fushun Legal Aid Center is under the jurisdiction of Fushun Municipal Bureau of Justice,responsible for organizing and implementing the legal aid work of the whole city.To effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly,a legal aid workstation for the elderly in fushun was set up in 2004 to provide legal aid services for the elderly.Nowadays,the work of legal aid for the elderly in Fushun City has been constantly summarized and developed in practice,and there are still some problems while forming a scientific working process.For example,poor linkage with relevant departments and institutions,lack of full-time lawyers and other issues restrict the development and improvement of work.In this paper,the comprehensive use of case analysis and literature analysis,under the guidance of social reconstruction theory,analysis of the problems and shortcomings of legal aid for the elderly in Fushun City,and put forward reasonable suggestions.In the first chapter,the background,purpose,significance,literature review,research methods and innovations of this paper are briefly described.In the second chapter,the basic concepts and theoretical basis of legal aid work for the elderly are introduced.The third chapter focuses on the elderly legal aid work in Fushun City,including the organization and implementation of the work and the implementation of the effect of the content.The fourth chapter focuses on the problems and deficiencies in the legal aid work for the elderly in Fushun City,including the poor linkage between relevant departments and institutions,the shortage of full-time lawyers and other issues,and expounds the causes of the problem,the fifth chapter puts forward foursuggestions including perfecting the inter-departmental cooperation security system in accordance with the fourth chapter.The conclusion is that the legal aid work for the elderly in Fushun City has made a positive contribution to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly,but there are also problems that need to be improved and paid attention to.It is hoped that the work will be gradually solved in the future.
