Research On Government Property Supervision In Wanghua District Of Fushun City

With the continuous advancement of China’s urbanization process,the property management industry has also developed rapidly.With the improvement of living standards and the pursuit of a happy and happy life,the people’s requirements for property management are no longer satisfied with the daily cleaning of the community.The basic needs of security,such as the imbalance between demand and supply in the property management industry,have led to more and more problems related to property management.From the perspective of public management,the emergence of these problems is directly related to the government’s lack of supervision or even lack of supervision of the property industry.In order to build a harmonious society and promote the healthy development of the property industry,it is necessary for the competent government departments and relevant agencies to strengthen the supervision of the property industry.Based on the definition of the concept of property supervision,this paper uses public governance theory,government regulation theory analysis,combined with questionnaire survey,interview method and literature research method to analyze the basic situation of property supervision in Wanghua District.Government supervision is not in place;government supervision talents and industry self-discipline are absent;the government has guided the lack of social supervision power,etc.The main reasons for the above problems are the imperfect government supervision laws and regulations;the government supervision mechanism is not perfect;the government has insufficient supervision measures for property;The government does not support the property objects;the government lacks guidance on the concept of paid services.This paper analyzes the practice and experience of property supervision in the Yaobei District of Baicheng City,which is similar to Wanghua District.It proposes improving laws and regulations,innovating management system,strengthening supervision over the property management industry,establishing a comprehensive supervision environment,and establishing a property service enterprise.The four points of the credit file countermeasures and suggestions,hope to optimize the government supervision issues in the property management industry in Wanghua District through these measures.
