| In the process of building a society ruled by law,with the deepening of the key measure of judicial system reform,the modernization of judicial system and judicial capacity has been steadily promoted,and at the same time,it has laid a solid foundation for accelerating the construction of a fair,efficient and authoritative socialist judicial system.As a grass-roots court,which has undertaken 80%of the trial works,is at the forefront of resolving social contradictions and maintaining fairness and justice.What determines the "last mile" of the reform of the judicial system is how to rationally allocate judicial resources and give full play to the functions and responsibilities of judges,judicial assistants,judicial administrators and other court staff.Therefore,the research and discussion on the classified management of all kinds of personnel in the grass-roots courts will effectively promote the new journey of the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.This paper studies the classification management of court personnel in Inner Mongolia A banner.It combs the current situation and existing problems of personnel classification management in Inner Mongolia a banner court by means of literature reading,interview and exchange,and finds that in the current process of judicial reform,there are some prominent problems in the personnel classification management of grass-roots courts,such as complex types of personnel,lack of vitality of the team,unreasonable performance evaluation and so on.In order to meet the needs of the current development of judicial work,we should strengthen the adaptive management of the judicial team,establish a scientific management system for judicial auxiliary personnel,implement and improve the professional security system for judicial administrative personnel,and improve the performance appraisal mechanism of personnel management,thus improving the planning of the personnel management mode of the grass-roots court,then achieve the grass-roots court team regularization,specialization,professionalism,and ceaselessly enhance the overall power of the team,improve the quality and enhance efficiency to render some enlightenment. |
