Reshaping International Development Cooperation ——China’s Foreign Aid In Latin America

The rapid growth of emerging economies as Brazil,Russia,India,China and South Africa has started to change not only the international order,but also the international development architecture.Historically,the practice of Western aid has been ruled by OECD-DAC with particular intentions and directions.Since actors such as China have been playing an important role in South-South Cooperation,Western donors and institutions have disputed about how development cooperation is provided.Evidently,Western and Chinese conceptions of foreign aid differ from each other in different fields.For this reason,this research looks to share significant contribution of China’s Foreign Aid with special focus on Latin America,as a new shaper of international development cooperation in the 21st century based on its own national development experience.The outcomes reach a peaceful development and build a community with shared future for mankind.
