Research On Intelligent Police Construction Of Grass-roots Railway Public Security Bureau

As the information age is developing,the citizens’ legal quality is rising,the cyber crime in the society is becoming more,people’s hunger for happy life and safe society is depper,and the using of IT is getting more then the police models are changed and developed from traditional models to transparent efficient and smart models.By using the theories of intelligence policing concept,synergetics,big data and public management,as well as employing of literary study,question sheet and contrast,the author analyzes and studies the software construction,hardware construction,staff cultivation,financial supporting,technological aid,police teamwork and date sharing in the construction of intelligent police.260 questionnaires were sent out through the 0A system of K Public Security Department and 245 questionnaires were gathered,among 240 were efficacious and the viable ratio is 92%.Through the analysis of the data from the questionnaire survey of the on-duty police officers at different posts and different police stations in K police section of Urumqi Railroad Public Police Department,it is found that in the process of smart police construction,K police section has difficulties for instance flawed hardware amenity and apparatus,low-lying proportion of software application platform,unreasonable police force allocation,insufficient operation and preservation running ability,and insufficient network message safekeeping guarantee.By learning the achievements of intelligent police building of Shanghai Railroad Public Police Department,Zhengzhou Police Department,and Nanning Police Department,the essay comes up with several fair advice,such as: focus on top-degree design,scientific overall planning;Institution resources incline to narrow the gap at the grass-roots level;insist association of use and building,strengthen the advancement of use;Pay attention to talent building,enhance the ability of operation and maintenance;Set up network security consciousness,build security network;Optimize the assignment of constabulary steength,upgrade the ability to use.
