Since the reform and opening up,with the development of economic globalization and urban and rural integration,a lot of construction land and industrial and commercial land have been requisitioned.In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s social,political,economic and cultural development and the need for the fast pace of urban construction,a large number of rural land has been expropriated by the government,and the resulting compensation for demolition and resettlement has become the focus and hotspot of today’s society."Urban villages",as the historical product of rural villages preserved in the process of urbanization,usually have no unified internal planning and management,and are confronted with a series of problems such as chaotic residential population,backward urban planning,and imperfect infrastructure.Therefore,it is inevitable to be repossessed and transformed.Taking a scientific and reasonable way to carry out the demolition,relocation and reconstruction of urban villages is a direct reflection of the scientific development concept with people as the core.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore and study the subject of demolition,resettlement and reconstruction in urban villages.In this paper,on the basis of literature analysis,summarized our country some typical cities(urban villages in Xi ’an,Changzhou,Shanghai)the main resettlement experience and practice,and combining with the field visit research results,this paper Lin’an district the basic current situation of the development of reform of city village relocation,induces mainly exist in the process analysis of demolition incomplete laws and regulations and systems,community construction lack of work experience,and resettlement for the demolition and reconstruction seriously enough and a series of problems.In this paper,based on the above problems puts forward the corresponding rationalization countermeasure and the suggestion,from the government to formulate scientific and rational compensation policy,strengthen the supervision of the demolition work process,pay attention to resettlement community analysis of hardware and software aspects of ascension,to better resolve the Lin’an district in urban village relocation transformation process,the problems facing and make up for a kind of experience,and then find a has the characteristics of urban village relocation Lin’an local development road.
