Study On Extraterritorial Application Of China’s Energy Law

Accelerating the construction of China’s legal system with extraterritorial application and promoting good governance with sound law are important arrangements made by the Party and the state in the context of the rule of law.Energy Law is an important part of China’s legal system.Its main function is to adjust all kinds of social relations in the field of energy.Therefore,the legal norms of extraterritorial application of energy law are an important part of China’s extraterritorial application of law system.It can provide legal guarantee and promotion for China to carry out all kinds of international energy cooperation.The first chapter defines the relevant concepts of extraterritorial application of China’s energy law.The second chapter clarifies the reasons and principles of extraterritorial application of China’s energy law.The third chapter mainly discusses the basis of jurisdiction of extraterritorial application of China’s energy law.The fourth chapter focuses on the bottleneck and difficulties of extraterritorial application of China’s energy law.In the last chapter,a number of proposals have been made for the establishment of a legal system of extraterritorial application of energy law in China.
