| During the period of the new democratic revolution,Mao Zedong wrote many rural investigation texts.These investigation texts recorded the specific process of rural work in this period.In this process,the rural working method of dividing groups and objects is consistent with the core of the concept of dividing masses by putting people first and acknowledging differences.From the perspective of the Mass-decentralization,studying Mao Zedong’s rural working methods can promote the development of rural work in the new era,and provide new ideas.In terms of the formation conditions of Mao Zedong’s rural working methods,we can study them from three aspects: the specific background of The Times,the theoretical source and the practical basis.The national conditions of modern China are the background of the formation of Mao Zedong’s rural working methods.The class division theory of Marx and Engels,Lenin’s thinking on the division of peasant classes and the exploration of the division of peasant class in the early period of the Communist Party of China all provided the theoretical sources for Mao Zedong’s division of Chinese peasant classes.In the early stage,the workers’ movement and peasant movement carried out by the Communist Party of China,as well as the practical experience of spreading Marxism,provided a practical foundation for Mao Zedong to carry out rural work by groups and objects.The main contents of Mao Zedong’s rural work method include four aspects: firstly,carry out field survey in the countryside to collect the information of farmers extensively;secondly,make clear the basis for the division of peasant classes and complete the subdivision of rural groups;then divide the group to set job objectives and adopt different work measures according to the objectives;finally,in the rural areas again for investigation and evaluation,to summarize the effectiveness of the rural work.In the new era of rural governance and construction,Mao Zedong’s rural work method of group and object still has important enlightenment.We should do a good job in rural investigation and research in the new era,earnestly understand the real demands of farmers,and innovate the concept and specific working methods of rural governance in practice,so as to continuously improve the practical effect of rural governance in the new era. |
